GlammFire is committed to providing luxury products of the highest quality, crafted with precision and care. Our warranty reflects this commitment, offering you peace of mind and security with every purchase.

 

GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS

GLAMMFIRE ensures the mandatory legal warranty for the Products sold by it, as provided for by the legislation of the country, province or state where the Product was purchased. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and the Product’s compliance with advertised specifications.

1. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

To obtain warranty service, you will have to report the fault to the store where you purchased the product, or directly to GLAMMFIRE who will forward the assistance request to the reseller who sold the GLAMMFIRE Product.

During this process you will be required to provide proof of purchase, product serial number and/or compliance with registration requirements before obtaining warranty service.

The warranty is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable in any case.

2. SOLUTION

If a defect is found in the equipment and a valid complaint is submitted to GLAMMFIRE within the Warranty Period, GLAMMFIRE guarantees to repair the Product free of charge, sending new replacement parts for this purpose or, if necessary and at its decision, collecting the Product for factory repair. In the event of a defect, to the maximum extent permitted by law, this is the only and exclusive solution.

Any replacement of product parts will be guaranteed until the end of the warranty period.

3. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Unless otherwise stipulated by GLAMMFIRE, the Warranty applies only to the Product manufactured by or for GLAMMFIRE, which can be identified by the trademark, trade name or “GLAMMFIRE” or “GLA” logo affixed to it.

The Warranty does not apply to: (a) damages resulting from acts of nature or causes of force majeure, for example, thunderstorms, tornadoes, floods, fires, earthquakes or other external causes; (b) cases of negligence; (c) commercial use cases; (d) changes or modifications to any part of the Product; (e) damage caused by joint use with non-GLAMMFIRE products; (f) damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, misuse of the Product or by assembly/disassembly other than that described in the instruction manual; (g) replacement of glass, batteries or any other consumables or maintenance parts; (h) damage caused by lack of maintenance, cleaning or the use/application of other cleaning techniques not suggested by GLAMMFIRE; (i) damage caused by operating the Product outside of the permitted or intended use described by GLAMMFIRE or with improper voltage or power supply; or (j) damage caused by the service (including updates and expansions) caused by third parties who are not representatives of GLAMMFIRE.

Repairs must be carried out exclusively by specialized technicians; any attempt to repair the Product on its own will result in the loss of the Warranty. It is the dealer’s responsibility (if Product purchased from a dealer) to repair or replace defective parts.

No reseller or agent of GLAMMFIRE is authorized to make any modification, extension or addendum to this Warranty. If any term is considered illegal or unenforceable, the legality and validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

Unless prohibited by law or otherwise promised by GLAMMFIRE.

Products that were not duly imported and/or were not duly manufactured by GLAMMFIRE and/or were not duly purchased from GLAMMFIRE or an official reseller, are not covered by the present warranties. As applicable by law, you may benefit from the warranties of an unofficial retailer who sold the Product. Therefore, GLAMMFIRE advises you to contact the retailer from whom you purchased the Product.

4. OTHER CONDITIONS

In the event of a complaint and shipment of the Product, it must be packed in the original packaging (in which it was purchased) and protected against possible damage. All fuel must be removed from the tank. The Purchaser is responsible for protecting the Product against any damage during transportation to GLAMMFIRE’s headquarters.

If the claim is not accepted, the Purchaser will bear the costs of repair and transportation.

GLAMMFIRE does not guarantee a replacement Product when repairing the equipment.

GLAMMFIRE guarantees a response within 30 days from the moment the complaint is submitted.
